Evening friends and crafters, tonight I thought I would try out the gift bag punch board. I make this card with the Lemon Lime Twist DSP and card stock, which if you have seen my earlier posts know I am in love with this colour. I used the Lemon Lime twist and Sahara Sand ink pads.
The Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set for the sentiment was a great choice to go with the stamps in the Balloon Celebrations, all cut out using the matching punch.
I have just finished another project this afternoon using the gorgeous Colorful Seasons and the wonderful Wood Crate framelits
Both of these sets are so versatile they only thing stopping you creating wonderful things is your own imagination.
I cut out the crate with the thick Whisper White card stock and stamped the beatiful Wood Words flowers in Lemon Lime Twist, the I added son 1" strips inside the crate the 3D effect with the seasons framelits. The card stock and inks are from the new 2017-2019 in-colors.
I love the chair and can just imagine sitting there.
Thanks as always for looking and remember you can buy all of these products from my online store.
Morning crafty friends, another card made with the gorgeous Sunshine Saying thinlits.
I have used our wonderful new colours Fresh Fig and Lemon Lime Twist which I am in love with.
The card measure 5.5" x 8" I embossed half of the Whisper White panel and then used the score board to make a sentiment border. I then added the Fresh Floral DSP in Fresh Fig and added a bitty bow in Lemon Lime Twist
Today I created a little scene using lots and lots of different stamp sets punches and embossing folder.
I started with a brick embossing folder and some smoky grey card then I created the fence with the label punch and used the new wood grain DSP. I also cut out the Hearth & Home framelits for the window and flower box in whisper white and the DSP for some added dimension. I used the succulent garden DSP and also the falling in love for the net curtain effect. I used the Succulent garden flowers and dies for the window box. The flowers are stamped in Sweet Sugarplum and Elegant Eggplant.
I also used the new Bike Ride stamp set and fussy cut the bicycle I stamped it in basic black and then coloured it in to create a silhouette. The sentiment is from and old stamp set, and I cut out a hexagon in Sweet Sugarplum to make it look like a name plate. I used silver embossing powder for the sentiment.
Well I have eventually found time to do some crafting..... things have been pretty hectic of late with family, which I love but now its me time.
Today I have been making a Sampler for home decor, I have used lots of goodies including a sneek peek at some of the new things coming from Stampin' Up!
Hope you like it..................
The frame was a mirror but when I had it delivered it was broken so as I never throw anything away this is what it became. Some of the stamps have been in my stash for a long time, especially the beach huts these stamps are from Michael Powell.
The Tee-shirt is from Stampin' Up! and will be retiring this year.
The little boat is from the Swirly Bird Stamp set, and the deck chair is a sneeky look at whats to come. The anchor is a die I have had a while so I cut it twice using Night of Navy and Very Vanilla card stock. All od the background papers are from the By the Shore DSP.
It's a very wet and miserable evening here, lights are on its dark and gloomy outside - so I thought I would cheer myself up by using the swirly stamps and dies.
I love the Rose Red card stock and ink so like a summer garden.....
I used whisper white for the inside and the front panel, for the small flowers I cut a template to stamp them. so I could line them up, the I put them on dimensionals with some Wink of Stella. The sentiment is from succulent garden and I used the layering oval dies.
for the inside I die cut another swirly flower and added another of the small flowers in the middle
Well good morning friends, bloggers and crafty peeps.
As you can see I am now back in the UK full time after doing
my last contract at sea. It was a sad
day leaving after 16 years but it’s time to find my land legs now, and enjoy my
grandsons and family, and after all I’m a wee tad old for that game now. NO I hear you cry 😊
So, the last few months has been a whirl wind of activity,
selling my house in Cardiff (my true home) and buying a new one in Doncaster,
moving in and getting the most important room in the house my Craft Room up and
running. Priorities !
I am now working for my son in his security business (which
was great to get my alarm and cctv fitted) trying to get my furniture out of
storage, learn how to drive again (16 years without a car) and settle down and
get back into the rhythm of normal life.
Oh and of course there is the weather and the dark winter days to get
used to. Bring on the summer and flipflops. I will be crafting my little heart out as they say..........
This post is also about telling you my news I am now a STAMPIN UP
DEMONSTRATOR yay ………..
So if anyone would love a catalogue or even just buy anything from me please feel free to send me your details and I would be more than happy to send you all the necessary things to make it happen.
Hopefully this year will also see my trying to get my
YouTube channel up and running, but first need to learn the
ins and outs, but it is my goal before the end of the year to get this done.
Also I will be making a new Facebook page dedicated to my
Stampin Up! I hope :-) and even get a shopping button with a bit of luck
So, all in all I have set myself some large goals in my new
life but hopefully you can all come along for the ride.
a couple of projects to start with I guess…………………….. The small box is from a tutorial on You Tube from Ann's Happy Stamper.........(she is amazing)
